Integrity is a foundational piece of conscious leadership. When you have integrity, your actions are backed by an intention to do the right thing. Integrity means you are responsible and stand by what you do. When something has integrity, it has good bones; its structure is solid, lasting and made according to specifications. You can trust it will do what it is supposed to do. 

The same with people. People with integrity have a good moral compass and do what is right, not just expedient or pleasurable.  Authentic and dependable, you can count on them to do what they say they will do and stand by it.

Spend some time with these questions and see what arises. Are you living in alignment with your core values? The great thing about having integrity is that no matter what you feel good about yourself, and you sleep well.
